Exchange And Return Policy

  • Customers should log their return / exchange claim through whatsapp +923002999885 or email their query at bigntallpakistan@gmail.com. B&T team will respond within 3 working days on the provided contact details.
  • All the products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase / arrival of product (For online orders).
  • Customers need to bring / send / share the original invoice to Big & Tall Menswear for return or exchange.
  • All the merchandise would be returned to the following address: Big & Tall Menswear, Shop # 01, R-312, Railway Society, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 16-A, Karachi.
    • The purchase amount for the products returned would be sent to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days. For payments made through debit or credit card, 2.5% F.E.D charges would be deducted.
  • An order would not be applicable for exchange or return:

o    If the product is washed / torn up / burnt / stained.

o    If the product price tag or barcode is missing or removed.

o    If the product has been altered upon purchase by Big & Tall Menswear as per customer’s size specifications.

Shipping Policy

  • The Shipping Cost for Return/ Exchange Parcels will be borne by the Customer.
  • All orders will be shipped within 03 to 05 working days.

Return Payment Terms

  • The money for the products returned would be sent to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days. For payments made through debit or credit card, 2.5% F.E.D charges would be deducted.

Cancellation of Order

  • Big & Tall Menswear reserves the right to refuse any claim(s) raised by the customers.
  • We value our employees and store staff as much as we value our customers. We reserve the right to not sell our products to any customer(s) based on any mistreatment of our employees / practices or any abusive behavior. The decision of B&T in this regard shall be considered final.
  • Customers can cancel their order within the same business day.
