Shipping Policy

• All the products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase / arrival of product (For online orders).
• The Shipping Cost for Return/ Exchange Parcels will be borne by the Customer.
• All orders will be shipped within 03 to 05 working days.

Exchange And Return Policy

• Customers should log their return / exchange claim through website
• Customers need to bring / send / share the original invoice to Big & Tall Menswear for return or exchange.
• All the merchandise would be returned to the following address: Big & Tall Menswear, Shop # 01, R-312, Railway Society, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 16-A, Karachi.
• If the product is washed / torn up / burnt / stained.
• If the product price tag or barcode is missing or removed.
• If the product has been altered upon purchase by Big & Tall Menswear as per customer’s size specifications.
